One of my favourite restaurant chains, The Ivy Brasserie is branching out to Guildford and I have been invited to attend their preview night next week in advance of their official opening date on Wednesday 4th April.
What I’m Planning to Wear
I’m so excited to be attending this open evening and sample what the Ivy Castle View has to offer. I’ve even had my outfit planned since I had the invite through a month ago. I have been saving this dress for a special occasion and think this would be a perfect excuse to crack it out.
About The Ivy Castle View
The Ivy Castle View will offer sophisticated yet relaxed all-day dining for local residents, businesses and visitors to enjoy. As with its sister restaurants, the brasserie’s menus will be all-encompassing. Serving breakfast, elevenses, coffees, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks, cocktails and dinner. Ensuring there is something to suit all occasions.
Available from dawn until dusk all through the week. The menus will feature an enticing selection of modern British classics and internationally-inspired dishes. Included in the menu is warming shepherd’s pie, chicken Milanese with black truffle mayonnaise, and line caught swordfish with red pepper sauce and cherry tomatoes.
A couple of my absolute favourites on their menu is the freshly baked salted sourdough bread. Not to mention the mouthwatering chocolate bombe for dessert. I can’t wait to visit again to devour both of these!
The restaurant has told me they are now taking bookings from their opening date on 4th April onwards. To reserve a table, call the restaurant directly on 01483 920 100 or via their website!
I’m planning on posting live updates whilst i’m at the open evening next Wednesday 28th March. Follow my Instagram stories and Twitter account and take a nose at what I’m getting up to!
